Chad Anderson

Research Scientist

 

Chad works for the Florida Natural Areas Inventory (FNAI) as a Research Scientist. Since 2018, he has been the invasive species coordinator for FNAI's statewide monitoring and mapping efforts.

Before his position with FNAI, Chad has worked for various federal, state, and non-governmental organizations including the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, National Park Service, and the Nature Conservancy, among others. Due to his background in resource management, Chad's main interests include applied research and spatial analyses aimed at improving management practices and conservation outcomes.
