Lori Scott

NatureServe Chief Information Officer

 

Lori Scott is the Chief Information Officer for NatureServe, where she oversees an award-winning technology team that develops mission critical software solutions for NatureServe and its Network partners. Since joining NatureServe in 2000, Lori has led the successful transformation of NatureServe's core biodiversity information management system into a web-enabled platform now used in more than 50 U.S. and Canada jurisdictions. She also directed the development and expansion of public information delivery and visualization platforms including LandScope America and the Biodiversity Indicators Dashboard. Her previous experience includes 10 years serving Lockheed Martin Corporation in the field of software integration and information systems development. 

Lori holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Bucknell University in her home state of Pennsylvania.
